Registration

If you don’t have Japanese public health insurance , all medical expenses will be covered by you.

Please show your ID card ( passport / Japanese residence card )

Medical fees are required to pay in advance.

Credit cards or cash are available.

Devit card , smart phone payments , e-money payments are not accepted.

There may be a difference between the total medical fees and the advanced payment depending on the examinations and the medical treatments

The difference will be charged after a doctor’s consultation.

Examinations

We will take you to MRI/A / X-rays / CT scans based on a medical interview details.

Depending on the location of the injury such as wounds or bruise or fracture ,

we may recommend to visit to orthopedics in advance.

Consultation

After all of examinations you will have Doctor's consultation.

Doctor diagnoses and explains your symptoms with the results of examinations.

In some cases of the diagnoses we may refer you to the appropriate hospital if you are required special investigations or treatments.

Treatments

In case of your symptoms or the diagnosis you will take medical treatments on the day.

 

Payment

You are required to make a full payment of total medical fees on the day.

Cash or various Credit cards are available. Devit cards and smartphone payment are not available.

We do not organize any claims to travel insurance companies on your behalf.

We issue medical statements.

( medical certificate , expenses receipt , CD-R , prescription )

Please file a claim for insurance company you have taken out.

Medications

If you need to take any medications, doctor give you a prescription.

Please receive the medications within 4 days at any pharmacies.

At some pharmacies, credit card is not available.​Please prepare any cashes.
